​We “opened our doors for business” in June of 2021 with a mission statement (“Honesty. Integrity. Quality.”) and a plan to keep it simple. You are welcome for the giggle to anyone reading this that has been along for the journey with us. It has been a very long and complex road to get here. It may seem contradictory to suggest we are doing anything but keeping it simple. It was never intended to be simple for us. It’s always been our goal to keep it simple for our customers. 

It’s the beginning of March, spring will be here in just a few weeks. With the season change comes the busy season for the service companies as well. The door-to-door teams are going to start canvasing neighborhoods offering some of the most creative pitches, can’t-pass-up discounts, and deals galore. Your social media feed, radio, and streaming service ads are going to be filled with super creative and competitive ads for every service you can imagine and some you never knew you needed. With all the great offers and money-saving opportunities comes the stress of finding the right company to help you. 

This blog is not intended to talk about all the great services we offer. We want to make sure our mission to provide Honest services with integrity and quality is clear. The mission is to help our customers make their decisions about the services they need in confidence. This is where the simple part comes in. You have one contact for all your property needs. You can talk to a live account manager or set everything up digitally from any device. No matter if you are working with any of our in-house services (inspections, Termite and Pest Control, Landscape Services, Pressure Washing & Windows, General Construction, Handyman Services) or an All-Star Affiliate, you will have the online portal that gives you 24/7 access to your information. Through the online portal, you can review all past services, detailed reports, photos, and all related documents, pay bills online, request services, report sightings or other concerns, and even manage unique records for multiple properties. 

In closing, the reason our mission is important to us, is we believe that to achieve our mission and see success, it takes a community to support. Our goal is to bring together a support network of local small businesses in the property services industry to provide a transparent and trustworthy resource.
